According to Board Policy 8.80, the Board, on the recommendation of the Superintendent, must accept all gifts individuals or organizations contribute to the District if they are $500 or more in value. |

Summary:
|
Franklin Middle School PTA purchased the following items during the 2022-23 school academic year for the benefit of the students and staff at Franklin: Books; miscellaneous supplies and materials for the fine arts, orchestra, band, chorus, LLC, P.E, and athletic departments; funding for miscellaneous items/activities for school clubs, socials, staff appreciation and building beautification; as well as funding for transportation and grade level activities. The total cost of the aforementioned items is $16,812.12 By donating/funding these items or activities, Franklin PTA transfers ownership of the items and relinquishes to District 200 the responsibility for maintenance, repair, insurance and any liability incurred in the use of the items donated. |
