Summary:
|
Mr. John Rutledge paid for the extension of a fence around the baseball field at Lowell Elementary School to help prevent objects (balls) from being hit into his backyard. The total cost of the fence was $9,750.00. Mr. Rutledge paid for the fence and donated an additional $250.00, for a total of $10,000.00. By donating items, Mr. Rutledge transfers ownership of the items and relinquishes to District 200 the responsibility for maintenance, repair, insurance and any liability incurred in the use of the items donated. |
