Summary:

Hawthorne PTA purchased the following items for the benefit of the students and staff at the school: books, health office supplies, artwork, funding for gym climbing wall, all school assemblies, grade-level field trips (fees and transportation fees), field day, and staff appreciation meals. The total cost of the aforementioned items is $18,787.50. By donating these items, Hawthorne PTA transfers ownership of the items and relinquishes to District 200 the responsibility for maintenance, repair, insurance and any liability incurred in the use of the items donated. |
