According to Board Policy 8.80, the Board, on the recommendation of the Superintendent, must accept all gifts individuals or organizations contribute to the District if they are $500 or more in value. |

Summary:

Edison Middle School PTA purchased the following items during the 2022-23 school academic year for the benefit of the students and staff at Edison: science dept supplies, SEL manipulatives, LLC enrichment, books and subscriptions, band vibraphone, TV monitors, miscellaneous classroom supplies, school clubs and a band/orchestra donation. The total amount of the aforementioned items is $13,618.30. By donating these items, Edison PTA transfers ownership of the items and relinquishes to District 200 the responsibility for maintenance, repair, insurance and any liability incurred in the use of the items donated. |
