Background
|
Project Issuance 2A of the Middle School Capital Projects has been identified and is ready to be released to the public by Nicholas & Associates, CUSD 200's Construction Manager. the week of April 21, 2025.

Summary:
|
Project Issuance 2A of the Middle School Capital Projects will begin in June 2025 and encompass enabling work at Franklin and Monroe Middle Schools in preparation for the building additions. In addition, Project Issuance 2A will include the initial phase of the building additions at Franklin and Monroe Middle Schools.
This request is to release Project Issuance 2A bids to the public for bidding purposes. It is expected that Administration will bring bid results and recommendations for approval to the Board of Education in late May 2025.

Funding for Project Issuance 2A will be paid for using resources from the Series 2025 - General Obligations Bonds that were sold in March 2025.
