According to Board Policy 8.80, the Board, on the recommendation of the Superintendent, must accept all gifts individuals or organizations contribute to the District if they are $500 or more in value.

Summary:
|
WWSHS has received a generous donation from Constance Healy in the amount of $6,000.00 that was designated to purchase items for the boys basketball program. By accepting this donation, WWSHS transfers ownership of any items purchased and relinquishes to District 200 the responsibility for maintenance, repair, insurance and any liability incurred in the use of the items donated.
