Background
|
The Board of Education approved a three (3) year contract with Advanced Disposal in June 2018 to furnish labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide trash removal and recycling services for all CUSD200 locations. The base contract expires on July 31, 2021, but allows for subsequent one (1) year extensions by mutual agreement.

Summary:

Advanced Disposal has proposed to extend the contract for one (1) year with no price increase in the current rates. This contract extension would begin on August 1, 2021 and expire on July 31, 2022.

Estimated Cost: Base Contract of $40,524, plus additional cost for additive services of dumpsters and pickups, as needed by District.
