This is the annual renewal for the firewalls and security network access control solution (NAC) the district upgraded in July 2020. This is for the maintenance of the hardware and software subscriptions that are a critical part of our network security.

In July 2020 we upgraded to four new firewalls, two internal and two external as well as added a network access control solution (NAC) to firm up our networks security. This is the annual renewal that provides maintenance on the hardware and updated software subscriptions to keep up with ever changing trends in network security.
The total cost of this annual renewal is $186,715 and has been budgeted in the current 2021-2022 technology budget.
