It is expected that the 2021 Levy approval will be moved from the November 10, 2021 meeting to the December 8, 2021 meeting in order for the Board to consider how Public Act 102-0519 (Property Tax Refund Recapture Bill) may impact the 2021 Levy. The DuPage County Treasurer has until November 15, 2021 to certify the aggregate amount of refunds for the prior year.
