Subject: Approval of the Renewal of Scantron Achievement Series & Analytics Subscriptions
Vision 2026:
Student Learning 1
Design curriculum and learning experiences that ensure high literacy and math skills while also developing creativity, collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Learning Support Systems 1
Implement a school improvement system for support and coordination between core instruction and interventions. (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support MTSS)
Policy:
Background Elementary and middle school district assessments and the high school academic reading exam are delivered online via Achievement Series. At no additional cost to the district, PLCs can also use Achievement Series to administer pre-existing formative assessments or create their own "quick checks."

Analytics is an online tool which allows administrators and teachers to analyze multiple data sources, including demographics, attendance, and achievement, over multiple years and in relationship to each other. In addition to serving a crucial purpose during typical school years, this analytical agility has proven extremely valuable during the last six months.

Achievement Series will be evaluated as part of the assessment review process, during which a variety of options will be considered.
