Policy:
Background Teachers from both high schools worked together to generate this course which offers Dual Credit through the College of DuPage (COD) and is a pathway for growing our own future teacher pool.

Summary: Part of the D200 process for curriculum implementation includes posting learning standards for community review. Any feedback received will be shared with the Board prior to seeking final approval.
Funding: Additional costs include a set of 30 textbooks for each high school. The cost per book is $145.00. Textbook information: Sadker, David M., Teachers, Schools, and Society: A Brief Introduction to Education, 6th edition, McGraw-Hill, 2022.
