|
Background
|
It is the District’s intent to re-apply for a renewal of the waiver of state code to allow up to three hours of driver education simulator equivalency, or in other words, a maximum of twelve hours of simulation and three hours of behind-the-wheel instruction towards the six hour behind-the-wheel requirement. The waiver, should it be approved, would take effect for the 2021-2022 through the 2025-2026 school years.
