CUSD 200 LICENSE AGREEMENT 4869-4513-1802_District Response 4896-1229-6221 v1.pdf
Summary: Wheaton Development Partners, LLC ("Licensee") is requesting permission to access, enter, travel upon and make certain uses of the District Property and improvements thereto for the purposes of establishing a stormwater drainage connection with the District Property. This agreement will allow the licensee to "tie in" to the current stormwater system, which will help control the flow of water from the newly developed property to the stormwater system that is on District Property. Legal representatives for both parties continue to work through the agreement. This approval would allow for this process to continue and give the District's legal representation the authority of final review. A copy of the most recent draft is attached.
