According to Board Policy 8.80, the Board, on the recommendation of the Superintendent, must accept all gifts individuals or organizations contribute to the District.

Summary:
|
Monroe PTA has purchased the following items and donated them for the benefit of the students and staff of the school: Cricut machine, stem kits for science classes, art class ipads, miscellaneous board and card games for advisory classes, and a portable PA system. The value of the aforementioned items is $3,856.00. By donating these items, Monroe PTA transfers ownership of the items and relinquishes to District 200 the responsibility for maintenance, repair, insurance and any liability incurred in the use of the items donated.
