Background
|
The Open Meetings Act requires public bodies to periodically meet to review minutes of all closed session meetings. At such meetings, a determination must be made and reported in an open session, that 1) the need for confidentiality still exists as to all or parts of those minutes, or 2) the minutes or portions thereof no longer require confidential treatment and are available for public inspection.

Summary:
|
The Superintendent and two members of the Board of Education met to make that determination and recommendation. The review of the closed session minutes was conducted on June 23, 2022. The recommendation may include to open some minutes in their entirety, open some minutes with redactions, and keep some minutes closed. The list of recommendations is attached to this report.
