Background According to Board Policy 8.80, the Board, on the recommendation of the Superintendent, must accept all gifts individuals or organizations contribute to the District.

Summary: Lincoln PTA has purchased the following items and donated them for the benefit of the students and staff of the school: Grade level books and subscriptions, music instruments, P.E. equipment, math resources, misc. classroom supplies, freezer, and playground plaque. The total cost of the aforementioned items is $14,494.48. By donating these items, Lincoln PTA transfers ownership of the items and relinquishes to District 200 the responsibility for maintenance, repair, insurance and any liability incurred in the use of the items donated.
