According to Board Policy 8.80, the Board, on the recommendation of the Superintendent, must accept all gifts individuals or organizations contribute to the District if they are $500 or more in value.

Summary:
|
Franklin Middle School has received a generous donation of a 55" Samsung LED Television from The Spillane Family. This TV will be housed in the front display case of the building for the benefit of all in the building. The estimated value of the item is $1,499.00. By donating this item, ownership is transferred to District 200 as is the responsibility for maintenance, repair, insurance and any liability incurred in the use of the item donated.
