According to Board Policy 8.80, the Board, on the recommendation of the Superintendent, must accept all gifts individuals or organizations contribute to the District if they are $500 or more in value.

Summary:
|
Wheaton Warrenville South High School has received a generous donation of $2,500.00 from Carmen & Tim Sheehy. These funds are targeted for the Wheaton Co-Op Girls Gymnastics Program and are earmarked for both equipment and uniform purchases. By accepting this donation, WWSHS and the Co-Op transfer ownership of any items purchased and relinquishes to District 200 the responsibility for maintenance, repair, insurance and any liability incurred in the use of the items purchased through the donation.
