According to Board Policy 8.80, the Board, on the recommendation of the Superintendent, must accept all gifts individuals or organizations contribute to the District if they are $500 or more in value.

Summary:
|
WWSHS has received a generous donation of $1,000.00 from HIBS Enterprises LLC., Crown Graphics that has been designated to the band. This donation is to be used toward the band dinner. By accepting this donation, WWSHS transfers ownership of any purchased items and relinquishes to District 200 the responsibility for maintenance, repair, insurance and any liability incurred in the use of the items donated.
