Summary:
|
Tyler Technologies, owner of iVisions, is a central partner for our HR & business operations. We currently host all of our employee data locally on site. Tyler has indicated that moving forward all upgrades to their product will only be for cloud hosted clients. Additionally, we feel the move to the cloud will increase incident response times and overall operability of the system. CUSD200 has negotiated with Tyler to ensure our data is safe and secure and that we retain ownership rights of all said data.

The move to cloud hosting will be an additional $44,490.70 and will be allocated as part of our regular operating budget.
