Summary:
|
Edupoint, owner of Synergy, is a central partner for our student information system. We currently host all of our student data locally on site. We feel the move to the cloud will increase incident response times and overall operability of the system. CUSD200 has negotiated with Edupoint to ensure our data is safe and secure and that we retain ownership rights of all said data.

The move to cloud hosting will be an additional $221,421 over a 5 year term and be incorporated as part of the annual operating budget.
