According to Board Policy 8.80, the Board, on the recommendation of the Superintendent, must accept all gifts individuals or organizations contribute to the District if they are $500 or more in value.

Summary:
|
Wiesbrook PTA purchased or funded the following for the benefit of the students and staff of Wiesbrook: LLC supplies, OT sensory pathway, recess/playground equipment/supplies, assembly speaker system, miscellaneous grade level supplies and books, staff lounge supplies and exterior lighting gift. The total cost of the aforementioned items is $21,465.77. By donating these items, Wiesbrook PTA transfers ownership of the items and relinquishes to District 200 the responsibility for maintenance, repair, insurance and any liability incurred in the use of the items donated.
