Maintain strong fiscal health of the organization.
Policy:
Background Annually, our auditors prepare an independent audit of the financial statements of CUSD 200. They also express an opinion based on the combined financial statements of the District. The Board of Education is asked on an annual basis to accept the independent audit as presented by Baker Tilly US, LLP.

A Single Audit is an organization-wide financial statement and federal awards' audit of a non-federal entity that expends $750,000 or more in federal funds in one fiscal year. It is intended to provide assurance to the Federal Government that a non-federal entity has adequate controls in place, and is generally in compliance with program requirements.
