According to Board Policy 8.80, the Board, on the recommendation of the Superintendent, must accept all gifts individuals or organizations contribute to the District if they are $500 or more in value.

Summary:
|
WWSHS has received a generous donation from RJD Construction Services in the amount of $10,000.00 that was designated for the girls basketball program and will be targeted to purchase items for the team. By accepting this donation, WWSHS transfers ownership of the items and relinquishes to District 200 the responsibility for maintenance, repair, insurance and any liability incurred in the use of the items purchased.
