Background
|
At the request of the Board, Board Policy 4:152 was reviewed and discussed with two different Board Committees. The initial request for the review was to evaluate if the annual allocation for capital renewal should have some type of escalator. The Facilities Committee proposed some additional changes to the policy to more accurately reflect the process of capital renewal funding. The proposed changes were reviewed by the HR/Policy Committee and are now being brought to the full Board for review and public posting.
