Background
|
In an effort to further modernize and equip the district for the future, the Business Office is seeking to add the Daily Time Entry module to our existing School ERP Pro system (Finance and HR Management) with Tyler Technologies (current vendor partner). This module will allow hourly employees to submit records of their time worked electronically via the Employee Access portal, in lieu of triplicate paper time sheets. This will streamline the processing of these hours through the Payroll department, and allow for quicker and more accurate pay for our staff.

Summary:
|
Implementation will begin after winter break, with training and pilot groups at select schools through the spring. Full implementation would begin with the 24-25 school year. The total contract cost is $7,159, with $4,739 of that cost recurring annually. Attached is the quote for the Daily Time Entry module for School ERP Pro (Tyler Technologies).
