Background
|
Annually, we are required to review the Serious Safety Hazard studies that have been filed with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT). The purpose of this review is to verify that conditions have not changed since the original filing for the hazard qualification.

Summary:

Attached is a listing of current Serious Safety Hazard findings. All of the findings are the same as last year; the conditions along these routes have not changed since they were originally identified. Transportation costs for hazardous busing are charged to the Transportation Fund and reported on the State Transportation Claim.
