According to Board Policy 8.80, the Board, on the recommendation of the Superintendent, must accept all gifts individuals or organizations contribute to the District if they are $500 or more in value.

Summary:
|
WNHS Girls Softball Program has received a generous donation from the Merit Foundation in the amount of $5,000.00 that is designated to offset the cost of new equipment and uniforms. By accepting this donation, WNHS transfers ownership of the items purchased and relinquishes to District 200 the responsibility for maintenance, repair, insurance and any liability incurred in the use of the items donated.
