Academic Excellence Strategies 4 Expand programming to prepare students for a full range of post-secondary opportunities. Academic Excellence Strategies 6 Support the social and emotional needs of students.

Background:

In 2022, the Board of Education adopted a strategic plan titled, Vision 2026. The Vision 2026 strategic plan has two broad categories for goals-Academic Excellence and Operational Excellence. Underneath each goal there are six strategies. To measure the progress of Vision 2026 strategies the district developed a dashboard. The dashboard includes metrics aligned to the Vision 2026 strategic plan. Yearly, the academic excellence metrics are updated and presented to the Board of Education. |

On Wednesday evening, the administration will facilitate a discussion of key metrics included on the dashboard. This conversation will focus on areas of success and areas of focus for 2023-24. Additionally, key components of the Illinois State Report Card will be reviewed. |
